1. Our Role

Hunt St Pty Ltd ("Hunt St") introduces offshore talent to clients. We are not the employer. Clients may engage talent directly as independent contractors or through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR).

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for how they engage and manage talent, including contracts, compliance, taxes, payments, and workplace obligations. Hunt St is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from the client–talent relationship.

3. Fees & Guarantee

Our finder's fee is due when a client engages a candidate we introduce. Fees are non-refundable once a candidate is engaged. We provide a six-month replacement guarantee as set out in your signed client agreement.

4. Information on this Site

The content on this website is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or employment advice.

5. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunt St's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this website or our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client to Hunt St for the relevant engagement.

By opting in to the Hunt St SMS program, you agree to receive customer care, booking, notification, marketing or promotional text messages from Hunt St. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
