- Stable employment history

Role-Specific Assessment
Shortlisted candidates complete a tailored assessment, including a video assessment, so you can hear how they communicate — no surprises in the interview.
Practical Task
Each candidate completes a short task relevant to your role. Tasks are designed to show real-world capability, not just talk.

One-on-One Interview

You Interview & Hire
You select your favourite, we facilitate the interview, and help you seal the deal. We also provide guidance on hiring models, whether contractor or employer-of-record (EOR).

Before the agreements are finalised, we run third-party reference checks to remove bias and increase reliability.
