Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Hunt St referral program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

Hunt St Pty Ltd ("Hunt St") offers referral rewards to individuals who introduce new business clients.

Referral rewards apply where a referred business engages a candidate introduced by Hunt St and pays the applicable finder’s fee.

2. Eligibility

Referral rewards are only available for genuine introductions to new businesses that have not previously engaged with Hunt St.

Referral rewards are not available for:

• Self-referrals
• Referrals within the same business
• Referrals within the same household or related parties
• Existing clients or leads already in discussion with Hunt St

For the purpose of this program, related parties include individuals or entities within the same economic group, including family members, directors, employees, or representatives of the same business.

Hunt St reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Qualifying Referral

A referral is considered valid where:

• The referred business is new to Hunt St
• The referrer is clearly identified at the time of introduction (via form, email, or direct mention)
• The referred business proceeds to hire a candidate introduced by Hunt St

If multiple parties claim the same referral, Hunt St will determine the valid referrer at its discretion.

4. Referral Reward

Hunt St offers a two-sided referral reward:

• The referrer will receive AUD $500 per successful hire
• The referred business will receive $500 off their first project

A referral is considered successful once the referred business hires a candidate introduced by Hunt St and Hunt St receives full payment.

5. Referred Business Benefit

The $500 discount:

• Is applied to the first successful hire (final fee)
• Cannot be redeemed as cash
• Cannot be used as a deposit
• Is limited to one use per referred business unless otherwise agreed

6. Payment

Referral payments are typically processed within 14–30 days of Hunt St receiving full payment from the referred client.

Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Hunt St is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. No Agency or Partnership

Participation in the referral program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Hunt St.

Referrers must not represent themselves as acting on behalf of Hunt St.

8. Misuse

Hunt St reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards where it reasonably believes the program has been misused, including:

• Attempted self-referrals
• Artificial or misleading referrals
• Any behaviour inconsistent with the intent of the program

9. Changes

Hunt St may update, modify, or withdraw the referral program or these terms at any time.

10. General

Hunt St’s decision on all matters relating to the referral program is final.
